It's roomy, has a laundry room in the basement, the garage is attached, and the basement is huge. It even has an attic. I absolutely love it. We were approved for the home loan, so it's only a matter of time... It's in Missouri Valley, IA, and that's only about an hour away from Omaha, tops. It's out there close to the boonies, but I think it's worth it.

So the last house that I posted is in a pretty bad neighborhood. We decided not to buy it. Instead we're buying this really cute house. We went in and saw it.
